I’ve been really excited about this post for a while because it features one of my longtime favorite bag brands, BEDSTU! Here’s the backstory: My senior year of high school I was gifted an awesome leather studded bedstu bag and it quickly became my go-to. For reference, HERE is a slightly chubbier version of myself carrying it around Coachella freshman year of college. And HERE I am in London wearing it while eating a happy meal under Big Ben two years ago.
It just became the perfect bag for traveling, festivals and everyday because it has a vintage look that goes with anything from jeans to dresses so I always feel cute and stylish while wearing it. It was also made to look distressed so it’s only started to look better and better overtime. And that’s how I feel about all of their products, there’s something really classic yet trendy about leather that doesn’t go out of style no matter how much it’s been worn. And when it’s well-made leather, like bedstu, it really is a product you’ll have forever.
Currently, this white leather fringe bag [SILVERROCK in Nectar Lux] is my newest bedstu addition and I’m IN LOVE with it! I love wearing it at this shorter length because it becomes a statement piece with any outfit. It also has adjustable straps for those who prefer a longer length which is fun because it’s like two bags in one. I’ve never owned a white bag before and I’ve quickly learned this one goes with everything… from casual daytime hanging or brunching to a night out with the gals I grab this bag because it says “let’s have fun” and I like to live by that on any occasion.
I also think it would be the perfect Coachella accessory BUT I’m still not sure if I’m going this weekend! My bestie Natasia and I have a tendency to impulsively decide to go the day-of (example here) soooo I’ll keep you posted. But you best believe I’m bringing my new bag on whatever adventure unfolds!
My dress is the Lily Dress from Maccs (love this label & it’s on sale!), my boots are Jeffrey Campbell and my hat is my new Brixton Field Hat (I’m obsessed).
Happy festival season!
